Dynamic in-line Captions

It never occured to me to use a parameter to insert a dynamic in-line caption or text into a viz. This uses a parameter as well as a "point annotation". Pretty straight-forward. The primary purpose here would be if you need a PDF or image output; want to allow the web user to add their own comment; do not like the built-in comments feature; and so forth... enjoy!
